Summer 2026 Theme: Numerical invariants in prime characteristic

More info added here soon! In particular, our topic this summer is SO cutting edge that there aren't currently any good undergrad friendly references on the limit F-signature itself (it's changing so fast, no one has had time to write the stuff down). I'll work on writing some stuff up to add here. Check back mid-May!

Our one starting reference is Measuring singularities with Frobenius: the basics by Benito, Faber, Smith. Unfortunately, it is written for a slightly more advanced (grad student) audience, and doesn’t actually discuss the F-signature or limit F-signature specifically. However, I am including it because it DOES give a correct flavor of how analysis, algebra, and number theory are all related for a similar numerical invariant called the F-threshold!
